The purpose of the project
Encouraging students by presenting social student loans for socially useful work performed *in social institutions and institutions
*Social institutions are:
orphanages, special schools, youth service centers, palaces of schoolchildren, nursing homes, polyclinics, higher education institutions, schools, colleges and other social institutions working in the following areas
The mechanism of the project implementation
within the framework of the project, university students will be able to receive monetary remuneration and transfer academic credits for the results of socially useful work. Students as volunteers will provide assistance in orphanages, nursing homes, educational and other social institutions.
The main areas of participation:
inclusive education;
tutoring (Kazakh, English, computer literacy);
working with underage children of deviant behavior;
organization of yard and sports clubs;
social work with the elderly.
Types of social student loans
Students receive such types of social student loans as:
voucher for 20 hours - 20,000 tenge, and offset of the corresponding 2 academic credits;
a voucher for 50 hours is 50,000 tenge, and the corresponding 5 academic credits are credited.
During one academic year, a student can work no more than 70 hours of paid socially useful activity.
