Program Implementation Mechanism

The goal of the program – is to increase the competitiveness of young people in the labor market and provide them with the necessary work skills in their first job.

1. Employment under the project "The First Workplace" of graduates seeking work for the first time is carried out in accordance with the specialty (profession) indicated in the diploma of vocational education or close in the profile of education.
2. Dormitory and scholarship are provided during the study.
3. Under the “The First Workplace” project, the employer, on the basis of an agreement with the employment center, employs the participant of the National Project for a permanent job for a period of at least 24 months, while the employment center subsidizes wages for 1 year of work.
4. The amount of the subsidy per month from the local budget is 30 monthly calculation indices (including taxes, mandatory social contributions, compensation for unused labor leave and banking services) excluding payments for environmental allowances.
