How do pregnant women register for the clinic?
Medical registration period
Under Article 90 of the Code «On the Health of the People and the Health Care System» of the Republic of Kazakhstan, pregnant women must be registered for medical treatment within 12 weeks. The best time to come to the obstetrician gynecologist, according to experts from 9 to 12 weeks
Where can I register for pregnancy?
- In the state polyclinic at the place of actual residence.
- In private medical centers. After choosing the center, the woman chooses the attending physician and concludes the contract. When choosing a medical center, you should pay attention to the presence of a license clinic and the qualification of doctors.
The Following documents must be provided:
- Identity card (original and 2 copies).
- Fluorography (if the woman does not have a document about the passage of fluorography, the husband’s fluorography).
- The micro-reaction test.
- Husband’s identity card (1 copy).
- 1) Marriage certificate (1 copy).
Visiting a doctor
Early attendance at a consultation allows to identify complications of pregnancy and to form a pregnancy management plan before the exact date of delivery.
On the first visit, a general examination is performed: the doctor collects anamnesis, doctor is interested in the diseases suffered, the presence of chronic diseases, operations, allergies and the course of previous pregnancies.
